Our Basic pickup/delivery service is for those with busy schedules and would like us to take care of it. It’s easy and, well, affordable.
The Basic Service includes:
Picking up your PC from your home.
After repair, we’ll bring your PC back.
If needed, connect PC back up
Verify the PC boots into Windows
Full Service - $59.95
Our Full pickup/delivery, and setup service is for those wanting the works. We take care of it all, leaving you stress and worry free.
The Full Service includes:
Picking up your PC from your home.
After repair, we’ll bring your PC back.
Connect all cables back to your PC
Verify the PC boots into Windows
AND…
Setup/install your printer/scanner
Setup/verify internet connection
Setup/verify your e-mail is working
Install 1-2 customer owned programs
Answer any questions
-Pickup / Delivery Service does not include the PC repair cost.
-Must be located within the service area as shown on map to the left. Services outside the area will be additional, call for pricing.
-Basic Service does not include anything more than hooking up the PC and powering it on when delivered. An upgrade to the Full Service may be done at time of delivery.
-Our 30day Service guarantee does not apply to Basic pickup/delivery service.
-Northside Computers is not liable for any data loss, please perform any backups of critical data.
