(Re)Installation of Windows................................ $99.95
An installation of Windows (or re-install) involves erasing the hard drive and installing a fresh copy of Microsoft Windows using the original Windows License.  All system drivers will be installed for internal hardware only.  All Service Packs and critical updates will be downloaded and installed. 

Data Backup w/ Windows Reload....................... $30.00
Data Backup involves backing up the User’s “My Documents” (or in vista the “users”) folder.  Programs can NOT be backed up, only data such as pictures, music, typed documents, ect…  All backed up data will be placed in a folder on the desktop after the Windows reload has been performed.    

Data Backup without Windows Reload................ $60.00
Involves backing up the “My Documents” (or in vista the “users”) folder and burning them on a CD/DVD or other type of removable media.

Virus / Spyware Removal.................................... $60.00
Includes an extensive Virus & Spyware scan.  Then clean up the damaged files caused by the virus.  Clean up all internet temporary files. 

Windows Cleanup / Optimization........................ $60.00
Includes a cleanup of the windows startup, all internet temporary files, and optimize windows to run quicker and smoother.

Hardware Installation.......................................... $30.00
Hardware installs such as CD/DVD Drive, Video Card, Power Supply, printer, ect…

Normal Hourly Rate............................................ $60.00
For services not listed above, our normal hourly rate will be applied.

Laptop Repairs ............................................ CALL US (715.384.5125)
We repair anything we can, from cracked LCD's to broken internal power jacks. Stop on in with the laptop and we'll give you a repair quote. Price varies from laptop make/model.

Onsite Computer Service (Hourly).......................... $60.00
Minimum one hour charge per visit.
